Pursuant to the reference to Triada Networks’ (“Triada”) use of Third-Party Providers in connection with the services Triada provides, as indicated in the applicable SOW, Triada will be installing, configuring, or using Third-Party software and services that are governed by separate vendor terms, conditions, and licensing agreements (“End User License Agreements” or “EULAs”). This page provides convenient access links to those EULAs. Please review the Third-Party Provider EULAs referenced in our Master Services Agreement and Statement of Work (SOW), which may be accessed via the links provided below, for the most current terms that may apply. These EULAs may change over time, and it is recommended that you frequently revisit the links to confirm you have the most current EULA. If you do not see the Third-Party Provider referenced in the applicable SOW, contact Triada for further guidance.
